I was completely out of Tabasco sauce, so I changed it up and stirred in a teaspoon of Tabasco pepper jelly into the veggies before adding everything else. Turned out completely amazing!

I stumbled upon this recipe about 5 years ago. This is probably the BEST turkey soup i have ever eaten! I love to make this recipe for friends, everyone is crazy about it. I love that you can adjust the heat by adding more or less Tabasco. I usually make it with original Tabasco, then serve it up with a bottle of the Chipotle Tabasco, super wonderful combination! Thanks Tabasco, for making such terrific products!

many turkey soup recipes result in a bland tasting dish. This soup has an interesting taste thanks to the added tabasco.
