BBQ Chicken Flatbread
This six-ingredient recipe uses TABASCO® Habanero Jerk BBQ Sauce – making a flavor-packed meal in under an hour.
1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/4 cup + 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup TABASCO® Habanero Jerk BBQ Sauce
1 each 10-12" flatbread dough, prepared
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, low-moisture, whole milk
1/4 cup red onion, peeled, 1/4" slices
1/4 cup pineapple, peeled & cored, 1/4" dice
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine shredded chicken with ¼ cup of TABASCO® Habanero Jerk BBQ Sauce in a mixing bowl.
Place prepared flatbread dough on a lined baking sheet and top with ¼ cup of TABASCO® Habanero Jerk BBQ Sauce, mozzarella, red onion, pineapple, and sauced chicken.
Place in oven and bake until flatbread dough is golden brown and crispy, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Finish with a drizzle of remaining TABASCO® Habanero Jerk BBQ Sauce, cut and serve immediately as desired.
