Salads : Creamy Orange Jalapeño Dressing 
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve over salad greens.
Makes 3/4 cup. *A mixture of half sour cream and half whipping cream may be substituted for "crema Mexicana" in this recipe.
