American : Corn Seafood Salad
- 2 cups cooked corn
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined, or 1 (7 1/2-ounce) can crab meat
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Combine corn, green pepper, tomato, and shrimp or crab meat in a medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO® Sauce, and salt in a small bowl and mix well; pour over corn mixture and toss gently. Chill before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
