American : Corn Seafood Salad

  • 2 cups cooked corn
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined, or 1 (7 1/2-ounce) can crab meat
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Combine corn, green pepper, tomato, and shrimp or crab meat in a medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO® Sauce, and salt in a small bowl and mix well; pour over corn mixture and toss gently. Chill before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
