Sauces & Condiments : Island Marinade for Fish
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Spread evenly over 1 pound of firm-fleshed fish and marinate before cooking as desired.
Makes about 2 tablespoons, enough for 1 pound fish.
