Sides : Quick Chipotle Cornbread

Heat oven to 400°F. Coat a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter and set aside. Combine the muffin mix, egg, milk, and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the corn, stir, and let sit 2 minutes. Transfer to the prepared pan and bake until set - about 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes 8 servings.

Want to make this cornbread even better? Add 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese to the mix.
