Main Dishes : SWEET & Spicy Meatloaf

• 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  
• 1/3 cup TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce
  
• 2 pounds lean ground beef
  
• 1 cup finely chopped onion
  
• 1 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
  
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• 2 teaspoons salt
  
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  

Combine tomato sauce and TABASCO^® SWEET & Spicy Sauce in a small bowl. In a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce mixture; mix well and press gently into a 9x5x2-inch loaf pan. Pour remaining tomato sauce mixture evenly over top. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours. Drain off excess drippings and cut into slices.

Makes 8 servings.
