Burgers : Green Onion Turkey Burgers

• 1 1/3 pounds ground turkey breast
  
• 5 tablespoons TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce, divided
  
• 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  
• 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  

Place turkey, 3 tablespoons of the TABASCO^® SWEET & Spicy Sauce, green onions, cream cheese, and salt in a large bowl and mix well. Form into 4 patties and refrigerate until ready to cook.

Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Cook burgers about 8 minutes per side or until cooked through, basting with remaining 2 tablespoons TABASCO^® SWEET & Spicy Sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking. Serve immediately.
