Brunch : Scrambled Eggs with Cheese
Combine eggs, milk, and salt in a medium bowl and beat until well blended. Melt butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat; add eggs and cook until they start to set. Gently stir cooked egg toward center, allowing uncooked portion to run around edges.
Sprinkle with TABASCO® Sauce and stir gently; continue cooking to desired consistency. Quickly stir in cheese and serve immediately. Sprinkle with additional TABASCO® Sauce, if desired.
Makes 2 servings.
