Beef : Spicy Moroccan Glaze
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
In a small bowl combine all ingredients until well blended. Pour over lamb, pork, beef or poultry. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Grill or broil meat, brushing with glaze during last 10 to 15 minutes of cooking. Cook meat at least 5 minutes after last brush with glaze.
Makes about 1 cup.
