Burgers : Southern Style Grilling Sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight before using. Brush on meat during last few minutes of grilling.
Makes about 2 cups.
