TABASCO® Green Pepper Sauce

The bright, tangy flavor of TABASCO® Green Pepper Sauce comes from specially grown mild, ripe jalapeno peppers. To give it a try, sprinkle several drops on a bagel spread with cream cheese - but watch out, it may be habit forming!

When eggs need an eye-opener, pizza lacks power, a dip calls for zip or burgers aren't bold, go for the green - TABASCO® Green Pepper Sauce.

Ways to Use Green Pepper Sauce:

We can think of a zillion ways to use it, but here are just a few to get you going.

Avocados
With a natural affinity for anything green, TABASCO® Green Pepper Sauce is perfect in guacamole, avocado soup or simply sprinkled on avocado halves.

Baked beans
From a can or from scratch, beans revel in a few dashes of Green Sauce.

Barbecue Sauce
Bump up the flavor of your favorite homemade or bottled sauce with a tablespoon of Green.

Burgers
Beef, turkey or veggie, mix it in or sprinkle it on. 1 tablespoon per pound should do.

Cheese
Splash it on nachos, slip it into grilled cheese sandwiches, or pour it over cream cheese to serve with crackers. Add it to hot cheese dip, sauce or fondue - 1 tablespoon per cup.

Chicken
Marinate wings overnight in a bottle of Green Sauce, then throw them on the grill. Yum.

Chili
The zesty flavor is just right for chili; add 1 tablespoon per cup.

Clams and oysters on the half shell
Sprinkle on Green Sauce and you won't want anything else.

Cornbread
1 tablespoon in the batter for 12 muffins delivers delicious tangy taste.

Cottage Cheese
Mix in 1 tablespoon per cup for piquant flavor.

Crab Cakes
They crave it. Use 2 teaspoons per pound of crabmeat.

Dips
Mix in 1 tablespoon of Green Sauce per cup of cream cheese or sour cream, and you have an instant dip for chips. Add it to bean, cheese and hummus dips, too.

Drinks
It's amazing what a dash of Green Sauce can do for Bloody Marys, daiquiris, margaritas and pina coladas. Just try it!

Eggs
Stir it into scrambled eggs and omelets; shake it on fried, poached, boiled and shirred eggs.

Fish
Drizzle Green Sauce on after sautéing or broiling halibut, redfish, sole, salmon, swordfish or tuna; sprinkle it on fish and chips.

Grits
They take on an entirely new character with Green Sauce. It's super with cheese grits.

Hash
Corned beef or chicken hash and shepherd's pie are no longer lowly with a generous splash.

Marinades
Add 1 tablespoon per cup for lively flavor which comes through after grilling.

Mayonnaise
Make it mischievous. Add 1 tablespoon of Green Sauce per cup. Great in sandwiches and salads.

Meatloaf
Use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat to make it livelier.

Melon
Ice cold watermelon and cantaloupe are sensational with splashes of Green Sauce.

Salsa
It's perfect for homemade and gives jarred salsas added punch.
