Combine cream cheese, parsley, TABASCO® Green Sauce and TABASCO® Original Red Sauce in a bowl; mix well. Spread about 2 1/2 tablespoons over each tortilla and top with two slices deli meat. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks, if needed. Place rolls in an airtight container and chill until ready to serve. Remove toothpicks and cut into 3/4" slices.
Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
