Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 dozen fajita-size (6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced deli meat, such as turkey or ham

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, parsley, TABASCO® Green Sauce and TABASCO® Original Red Sauce in a bowl; mix well. Spread about 2 1/2 tablespoons over each tortilla and top with two slices deli meat. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks, if needed. Place rolls in an airtight container and chill until ready to serve. Remove toothpicks and cut into 3/4" slices.

Makes 7 to 8 dozen.

    I orginally found this recipe in a magazine 8 yrs ago. This recipe is quick, easy, affordable, and delicious. I usually make them as appetizers for parties, but they are also perfect for snacks.
