  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce


Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir in remaining ingredients and cook 5 to 7 minutes. Cool to room temperature.

Marinate seafood for 30 minutes prior to grilling.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
