Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 3 sprigs cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small head green leaf lettuce
  • 4 large honeydew melon slices
  • 1 large navel orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 3 large green onions

Preparation

In a food processor or blender, combine tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, TABASCO® Sauce, cilantro and salt. Process until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Arrange lettuce leaves on a large platter and top with melon, orange, cucumber, red pepper and green onions. Serve with dipping sauce.

Makes 6 servings.
