Habanero Bloody Mary

  • 4 ounces jalapeño infused* Tequila Don Julio®
  • 8 ounces puréed canned tomatoes
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Worcestershire sauce
  • 7 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches fresh, microplaned horseradish
  • 1 ounce organic pineapple juice
  • 10 dashes TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce
  • 30 turns medium ground black pepper


*Demembrane four jalapeños for one bottle of tequila. Let the seeds and membranes sit in the tequila for 15 minutes, or to taste.

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass. Mix back and forth between two glasses and serve.

Yields 2 drinks.
