Combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, thyme and cumin on large plate. Brush catfish fillets with TABASCO® Sauce. Press fish into paprika mixture to coat well on both sides.
Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook fillets about 4 minutes. With spatula, carefully turn fish. Cook 4 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve fish with green beans.
Makes 4 servings.
