  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 (2-pound) boneless beef top round steak


Combine honey, ketchup, vinegar, orange juice, soy sauce, TABASCO® Sauce, garlic powder and mustard in shallow baking dish. Add steak. Turn to coat. Cover loosely; marinate steak two hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan. Cook 12 to 14 minutes for medium-rare, or approximately 15 minutes for medium, turning every 5 to 6 minutes.

Transfer steak to cutting board. Let rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.

Makes 8 servings.
