Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat 5 minutes. Toss with your favorite fried chicken wings.

Makes 1 1/4 cups, enough for about 4 pounds wings.

    This was very good. Cut recipe in 3 for about 10 wings & had good Tabasco flavor with the bite nipped a bit by the butter. Thick enough to stick to breaded wings. Will try again.
