Chipotle Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 6 ears fresh corn, shucked
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 6 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Heat grill to medium-high. Place each ear of corn on a square of heavy aluminum foil and spread with 1 tablespoon softened butter; sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce and salt to taste. Close packets securely and place on the grill. Cook for 18 minutes, turning packets over halfway through grilling.

Makes 6 servings.
