Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons rum
  • 2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Sugar, for glass rim

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except lime and sugar in a blender container and blend on high until smooth. Wet rim of a glass with lime wedge, then dip glass rim into sugar. Pour drink into glass and serve immediately.

Makes 1 serving.
