  • 1 orange, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 large ripe pear, peeled, cored and cut up
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1/3 cup raisins


Combine orange and sugar in a food processor and pulse until well blended. Add cranberries, pear and TABASCO® Sauce; pulse until cranberries are finely chopped. Stir in raisins.

Makes approximately 3 cups.
