Spiced Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup salted butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4 cups whole raw almonds

Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; stir in all remaining ingredients except almonds and mix well.

Place almonds in a large roasting pan and pour butter mixture over almonds; toss until evenly coated. Bake in a 325°F oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool almonds before serving.

Makes 4 cups.
