  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard


Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use as a marinade and grilling sauce for ribs, steaks and burgers.

Makes 2/3 cup.
