Place pork in a large container with tight-fitting lid. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well; pour over pork, tossing to coat well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Prepare a charcoal fire. Thread about 5 pieces of meat on each of 8 skewers and, when coals reach a light-gray ash stage, place on grill. Cook 10 minutes; turn and cook 10 minutes longer.
