Pierce chicken skin in several places with a fork and place in a shallow dish or plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
Grill chicken over hot coals about 20 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink inside, turning several times and brushing with marinade. Cook at least 5 minutes longer after final brushing with marinade. Serve with additional TABASCO® Sauce, if desired.
