  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir in sugar syrup; mix well.

Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. (For granita, freeze mixture in freezer).

Makes 4 cups.
