Combine wine, oil, TABASCO® Green Sauce, onion, garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Place lamb in a shallow dish and pour marinade over lamb. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place lamb on a rack in a shallow roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer in the thickest portion of meat without touching the bone. Roast for 30 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer registers 175°F for medium doneness, basting occasionally with marinade.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
