Combine TABASCO® Soy Sauce, honey, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and, with a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound chicken to about 1/4-inch thick.
Coat a stovetop ridged-grill pan, broiler pan, or rack for outdoor grill with cooking spray, and preheat. Place chicken on pan or rack and grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture.
Line serving platter with curly leaf lettuce, transfer chicken to platter, and garnish with green onions.
