Hot Peach and Ginger Grilling Sauce
- 1 cup peach jam
- 1/4 cup TABASCO® brand Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup green onions, minced
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
