Apricot Habanero Wing Sauce
- 3/8 cup (6 tablespoons) apricot jam
- 3/8 cup (6 tablespoons) melted butter
- 1/4 cup TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce
- 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use on wings.
Makes sauce for about 4 pounds chicken wings.
