    Okay here is the new best recipe! Roasted potatoes smothered in Buffalo sauce and topped with melted blue cheese. This is my answer to buffalo wings for vegetarians or just people like me who don't want fried food. I finally am using up the bottles I got out on Avery Island last winter when I got to visit the factory and the "family" home for the first time....we figure I am a long lost cousin many times removed. All I know is I have always loved Tobasco sauces so it must be in my blood, I even pour it on my scrambled eggs!

    This is THE BEST sauce Tabasco makes. I just "discovered" it last night. Tabasco Buffalo style hot sauce is just flat out Good Stuff. I have a new staple in my hot sauce armory, Thanks Tabasco, thanks McIlhenny. I will be telling all my friends about it too. Awesome Stuff!!!!!
