I mix Tabasco Chipotle sauce with bourbon whiskey, Lea and Perins, and some other select ingredients for a brisket marinade that took first place at the los angeleas cook off in California. It beat out 3000 other entries
I use the Chipotle sauce as a beef or chicken marinade, when I'm making anything from steaks to taquitos. I also mix it with a little ranch for salad dressing, or mayo for a sandwich dressing.

When Chipotle was introduced, my wife and I tried it in our Sunday Bloody Mary...our family and friends agree, our recipe is the ultimate Bloody Mary! Also, and this is a little weird, Chipotle Tabasco dashed liberally over large curd cottage cheese is fabulous.

Seriously, after hurricane IKE--this is the stuff I saved to flavor all the horrible canned stuff we had to eat for 12 days!!!!!
Unbelievable! This is absolutely the best "condiment" ever. I don't usually like to mess up my steak with steak sauce, but, my, oh my, you did great! Fantastic smokey taste with a bit of heat to add spice to anything. I love to dash it in between the ingredients of my quesadillas while they're heating up... just to heat it up a little more!
